"Jump In" Program

(a 30 day program)

- Weekly EFT sessions (up to 3 hours)

- Weekly nutritional strategy sessions

- Weekly exercise strategy session

JUMP IN PROGRAM is a beginners program, someone who has never done self-help work.

 

We will meet once a week for four weeks in a virtual EFT session that can last up to three hours. Within each session we set goals, focus heavily on EFT for any negativity that surfaces and discuss general exercise and nutrition and how to better optimize each for the upcoming week.

While everyone gets results differently, at the end of the 30 day Jump In Program
you can expect to: effectively learn EFT and be able to utilize it on your own, learn what’s been holding you back, set and reach weekly goals, feel better in your body and have a clear vision for your next steps

"Level Up" Program

(a 90 day program)

- Weekly EFT sessions (up to 3 hours)

- Weekly customized exercise strategy sessions

- Weekly nutrition strategy session

LEVEL UP PROGRAM Is a 90 day program. We will meet once a week for 12 weeks in a virtual EFT session that can last up to three hours. Within each session we will set goals, EFT any negativity that arises, customize the upcoming weeks’ exercise  protocol and customize the nutrition protocol to match. 

​

While everyone gets results differently, at the end of the 90 day Level-Up Program you can expect to: effectively learn EFT and utilize it on your own, dig deep and uncover what’s been holding you back, recognize negative thoughts and destructive programming when it arises and release it, learn what foods and level of hydration is optional for you, feel and look better from the Inside Out, get outside of your comfort zone and set goals and achieve them faster.

"All In" Program

(a 1-year long program)

- Weekly EFT session (up to 3 hours)

- Daily customized exercise program

- Daily accountability check-in

- Weekly nutrition strategy session

- Monthly homework assigned

ALL IN PROGRAM Is a one year long program. We will meet once a week for a virtual EFT session that can last up to three hours. Within each session we will set goals, EFT any negativity that arrises, customize the upcoming weeks daily exercise and weekly nutrition protocols. Monthly homework assignments will be given. Daily (M-F) Accountability text check-ins required.

 

While everyone gets results differently, at the end of the year-long All-In Program you can expect to: effectively learn EFT and utilize it on your own, be consistent with optimal exercise and nutrition, look and feel fantastic from the Inside Out, unearth deep seeded traumas and negative programming and release them, set short-term goals and reach them faster with ease, step way outside of your comfort zone and set outrageous long-term goals and pursue them with confidence and grace.
