What is EFT

Emotional Freedom Technique
EFT, is a mind-body technique that utilizes traditional Chinese medicine/ acupuncture points and a self-help approach to modern psychology. It involves tapping key acupressure points on the hands, face, and body with your fingertips while focusing on negative events, emotions, beliefs and behaviors in order to neutralize and release those feelings. In so doing, we ‘let go’ of the patterns of behavior that keep us stuck.
